The Flinders University School of Medicine is situated in Adelaide, South Australia and co-located within Flinders Medical Centre, an academic medical centre combining a general teaching hospital and medical school. It has an international reputation for integration and innovation in patient care, education and research. The School is also affiliated with other hospitals in the Southern Region of Adelaide - the Repatriation General Hospital at Daw Park and the Noarlunga Health Services. The education programs include a graduate entry medical course, plus courses in other health professions including Medical Science, Speech Pathology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Environmental Health, Biotechnology, Ambulance Studies, Disability Studies, Remote Health Care, Palliative Care, Clinical Rehabilitation, Health Services Management, Disability Studies, Public Health, Mental Health Sciences and Clinical Education. The School also has well established and highly regarded research programs covering a wide range of biomedical science and health disciplines.
