Acts of the Parliament of South Australia 1837-2002 is an archive of sessional acts. It is designed to be a stable repository of historical legislation, with original acts scanned and available as PDFs linked to an index of act numbers and years.

Acts from 2003+ are available here.

Recommended access is by act number and year (Quick tip: enter the Act number in quotes in the format e.g. "1896 no 651").
Limited title and full-text searching is available.

To facilitate use of individual acts within the archive, researchers wishing to create links to individual acts are advised that the DSpace handle provides a stable link.

The establishment of this archive was made possible by a generous grant from the Law Foundation of South Australia to fund the scanning of the original acts. The archive project was undertaken at Flinders University by Professor David Clark and Helen Culshaw, Law Librarian and with significant support by Systems staff of the University Library.
