| Abstract: | This investigation stems from an analysis of Greek Cypriot dance conducted for a thesis entitled Processes in the Development of Patterns
Relevant to Marriage Partner Choice amongst Greek Cypriots. Apart from the literature available on the subject, information has come from having lived within the Cypriot
culture, and from oral testimony from recorded histories and other
sources. An additional twenty or so Greek Cypriots in Adelaide and about
ten in Melbourne as well as a few people from other European countries
have been questioned specifically for this paper. |
