| Abstract: | Developing and delivering a training program for facilitators of a large-scale diabetes
prevention program is a challenging task. The aim of this chapter is to describe practical
aspects of this training, drawing on the experience of the Australian Life! Taking Action on
Diabetes program (Life!). An overview of the Life! facilitator training structure and content
is presented, followed by recommendations for health organisations. |
